The BikeTips Training & Fitness section covers everything from the first month on a bike through structured power-based training. The fastest way to get fitter on a bike is consistency — four 60-minute rides per week, mostly easy, with one harder session, will deliver more progress than any single “magic” workout. Below we’ve organized our training content by discipline (road, mountain, gravel, indoor, triathlon) and by level (beginner through advanced), with the science of zones, intervals, recovery, and injury prevention threaded through.
